It is important that education entities do not change for the sake of change. Doing something different is not always the right course of action. We need to improve every day to become better individually and prepare ourselves to have a larger positive impact on others. Through a growth mindset, I hold high expectations knowing that ALL students can and will learn in school. I work with educators to develop frequent and focused monitoring of student learning is critical to ensure learning for all students.
